Account fom fotolia to adobe stock

I tried to move my fotolia account to adobe stock. First my credits had beesn shown. When I logged in again they had been gone. And my Galery did not move. What can I do?

    The lag between the transfer of Fotolia credits to Adobe Stock is now resolved and the data from any initiated transfer should now being populated automatically over the next few hours.

    Hi,

    We are currently investigating the noted issue that there is a time lag between the transfer of credits and when they show on Adobe Stock. I provide an update here when resolved. Thanks for your patience.

    In the first instance I would login into your account on the Fotolia website and report it there

    Why that? It´s a problem from Adobe. Adobe told me that I can start moving the Galeries from the Account. But there is no possibility. Adobe showed the Credits before they dissapeared in the Adobe Account.
