Account mistakenly deactivated after payout glitch - Pending Case ADB-46857260-X7P9

Hello Adobe Staff,

My contributor account (Adobe screen name: NorritiStudio) was deactivated by an automated security flag right after I submitted a duplicate payout request to my verified Payoneer account. It was a simple system lag, and I have previously received successful payouts to this exact same account (the last one was on August 7, 2026).

I have already submitted the official legal appeal form via Adobe Trust Center on August 31st, but I haven't received any updates or emails since then.

Could an Adobe Staff member please look into this and kindly escalate my pending case ADB-46857260-X7P9 to the Trust & Safety team? I am losing my daily income due to an automated glitch.

Thank you so much for your assistance.

You’re making assumptions that his was do to an “automated system glitch.”  Don’t assume anything.

What was the stated reason for account deactivation in the email you received?

Adobe doesn’t respond to Contributor requests in this public web forum. This is a private internal matter between you and Adobe Stock’s Contributor Relations Team.

Be patient while you wait for your appeal to be processed. Internal investigations can take several weeks or months, depending on case load. Also refrain from submitting multiple requests for updates. It only hinders the process & generates additional case numbers.

In the meantime, work on other projects & submit to outside services. You’ll be notified when the Contributor Relations Team is ready to invite you back.

    Good luck.
