Hi! I need help in restoring my account. I was using logo silhouette in video and get notification that this file can not be longer on adobe stock. I will never do this mistakeagain. Can someone help me? I allready sent request on email and form but there is no respond.

 

I spent 4 years on creating this account and all my love and passion.

Please help me.

We can not be of help. If you used the Contact us link available when you access your dashboard, all you can do in the meantime is wait until you get a response. It could take days or weeks or longer, depending on the number of investigations ongoing ahead of yours.

Its so sad. It was mistake and i regret it. I am so nervous about it. Because to affraid to loose acount that i build for 4 years.
