Accumulated a number of credits, so would like to stop monthly debit order

Hi there,

We have accumulated a number of credits and would like to stop the monthly debit order.

Are we able to cancel our subscription and still use the credits we have accumulated?

    You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.

    I would suggest you to download your remaining assets as the once downloaded forever remains in your license history.
