Achat de la licence par erreur

Question

Hello everyone,

I mistakenly bought an image on Adobe Stock, by clicking on licence.
I don't want this item and I'm going to delete it. How can I get a "refund"?

Incidentally, a message explaining that clicking on "licence" buys or uses a credit, would be a good idea for new users, especially those (like me) whose main language is not English. I thought the "licence" button would give me information about the possible uses of the image (e.g. commercial, non-profit, etc.).

You can change the language to a language you master better. Adding more checkpoints would just add more strain to the workflow to most people.

Please post the asset id of the asset you want to get refunded.
