Achat en vectoriel mais au téléchargement il s'agit d'une image sur calque

Bonjour, j'ai acheté un

fichier vectoriel d'un calendrier (509224619) mais à l'ouverture il s'agit d'une photo sur un calque (j'ai bien coché la case vectoriel). Donc impossible à modifier ! Le service Adobe est injoignable et l'assitance virtuelle ne comprends rien ! Comment puis-je avoir de l'aide ? Merci.

      Pour l'assistant virtuel : il ne faut pas être trop bavard. Quelque chose dans le sens « qualité stock » devrait suffire.

       

      Mais, je peux te consoler. L'aide vient sûrement de @Contributor1, qui va analyser le problème et t'octroyer un crédit de rechange, s'il peut confirmer le problème.

       

      Question : l'outil pour ouvrir le calendrier était bien Illustrator, dernière version (au moins Illustrator 2022) ?
