j'ai par erreur cliqué sur le bas d'une image lors d'une recherche,

et, j'ai acheté par erreur une photo AdobeStock_112927587 ,

puis-je annulé ce téléchargement ?

En plus de ce qu' @PaintedKitty a dit: on ne peut pas annuler le téléchargement. Il faut effacer cependant l'image, et on n'a pas le droit de l'utiliser, évidemment.
