ADOBE ARE STEALING MY MONEY AND ARE NOT HELPING

I cancelled my pay monthly photography plan 6 months ago and was enrolled into an anual pay monthly contract almost days later. I have tried to get help from their support and they are unbelievely unhelpful - they have provided me with numbers that do not work and are trying to charge me even more to cancel the account or lock me in longer by offering free months. I have never used this subscription and rather than helping cancel they are trying to lock me in for more months?

 

This is a con! 

 

I cannot cancel through paypal as it is set up as a direct debit. I have emailed, called, been left on hold for hours without receiving any help or ANY RESPONSE back. I cant afford this subscription. I have been contacting them since April without help and want a refund and to cancel my subscription. ANY help will be amazing

Sorry for your troubles. The only way to cancel this is either self cancel (Cancel your Adobe Stock membership), or contacting Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

Pease note that there is no e-mail support available. I don't know who you contacted via e-mail, but it wasn't probably Adobe support.

I spoke to someone on chat they were so unhelpful. I have tried calling and the number doesnt go through or I am stuck on hold. I have requested a call back and no one rings. HOW AM I MEANT TO GET OUT OF THIS?

Well, I do not know what was unhelpful on the chat, but it would help to post the case number here, so that someone from Adobe may look into this and see what happened.

 

In all cases, Adobe support is the way to go and there is no way around.
