Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps Pro Edition Stock Images Not Available

We recently changed our licensing and the Adobe person helping says that our Creative Cloud users now have unlimited access to Stock Images.  Unfortunately it's never worked, even after working with support for over 3 weeks now.  The message we get when trying to access the images is "There was an error processing your request"  We've tried different browsers, different users, creating a new user, etc.  Adobe finally said it's a "Backend Licensing Issue" which really doesn't make any sense.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi @George27745500hiju,

Please sign into the Adobe Admin Console and click on support and call our support team. There is an issue with the account that needs to be addressed, once done your team will be able to access the unlimited Stock.

Hi, We will try that again.  We've already had two tickets with Adobe and have been working with them for a few weeks now with no results.  If it's a simple account issue I don't know why they have been unable to fix it.  I'll post back with their response this time around.

Hi @George27745500hiju,

Your case is still open, this is the case number, ADB-27465247-T4W1. Let me sync with our customer care leads and get someone to follow up.

Are you sure, that you have configured your endnodes correctly? There is a bunch of nodes that a firewall should not block when using Adobe products.

Did yo also try from outside of your organization's IT system. So like logging-in your Adobe Account from at home? Depending on your configuration, that would need further steps to be taken by a plan admin, but it may be worth trying.

Did you have a stock plan before? Did that work without problems?

To understand correctly: the backend is at the Adobe side?
