Adobe didn't cancel my free trial when I cancelled it online
I cancelled my free trial through the online portal with days of starting it. Adobe never cancelled it. Now they have charged me two more months and say I am locked into a contract. I should have never been charged in the first place. When I try to deal with the online agent to cancel, they say I can't get a refund because it didn't cancel and keep trying to sell me other products instead of just cancelling my subscription and refunding me the charges that should not have been made.
