Adobe free License not working

You were subscribed to the 10 asset plan and as you can see from the other comment here that subscription does not include videos. You had to approve this purchase, you were shown the cost before you licensed this video. What was it that made you think that you were not going to be charged?

What free stock trial did you take?

The 10 assets/month subscription does not include video assets.

Check with Adobe customer care what can be done. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
