Hello. ✋ Can I license free Adobe stocks and modify(such as making a pattern design with free illustrations) and then share with people as free downloads in my personal blog? I would be mentioning you can't resell anything you download in my blog.
No. You can't offer stock assets standalone for download, even for free and even if modified.
