Adobe Online Licenses Not Available in our Region

Please advise why the error occurred and how to purchase videos. We are a retail company in Fiji and want to download a few green screen videos through Adobe Stock. Due to the error, we are unable to do so.

The message comes out with errors: 'online licenses not available in your region'. please assist.

It indeed may well be that your region canot licence the assets in question. But to be sure, I'll tag @Riya123 from Adobe, so that they can check your account. Alternatively, you can also check with Adobe customer service. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
