Adobe promised me to give unlimited access for generating Ai image and video if i buy Adobe Firefly Pro Plus membership / subscription , but only in three days i am asked to pay again for i have paid already and my services has been stopped

Each Firefly subscription level has a cap on the number of Generative AI credits. I don’t see any “unlimited” plans. Review the plan parameters here:
