Adobe Stock 10 - monthly added quota

Hello,
I just wanted to ask how monthly added quotas on follwing product are handled:
Adobe Stock - 10 assets per month 

In January we bought 9 assets. I cant tell what quota was left at the beginning of the year, as I´m a administrator and no enduser.

But with change of month (Feburary) a new quota of 10 assets werent added.

We bought 1 asset in Feburary with 0 quota left then.

Now its march and strangely got a quota of 80 assets added.

Any ideas?
