per favore AIUTO

ho selezionato un'immagine pensando che fosse compresa nelle 10 foto al mese  e  INVECE NO mi sono trovata un addebito di 304,99 EUR.

Come potete vedere nel mio account non l'ho nemmeno scaricata sul pc.

Quale è , se possibile,la procedura per richiedere il rimborso dell'ERRONEO ACQUISTO.

E' veramente un'importo esoso per le mie finanze. 

Grazie 1000 per la collaborazione.

With subscription plans, you may only license standard assets. Premium assets, such as videos, Premium collections images, and editorial images or videos, can be licensed on-demand or using credits from a credit pack. You don’t require a subscription plan to license on-demand assets.

Ciao Silvia, purtroppo oggi mi è successa la stessa cosa e i prezzi sono folli...sei riuscita a risolvere tu? Grazie mille
