Hello. I only ever applied for the student package from adobe, but i just noticed ive been charged with bills from Adobe Stock for several months. When i tried to cancel it, they wanted a cancellation fee that was super high. I never wanted Stock and I feel like Ive been fooled by Adobe to subscribe. I want my adobe stock subscription cancelled and refunded.

Best, Kaja.

You certainly ticked the “Add Adobe stock” check mark when taking your subscription. You will see all that in the confirmation mail, that was sent to you at the time you took your subscription. The early cancellation fee is half of the remaining due, as you have now an annual stock subscription.

If you haven't used the subscription until now, I suggest to contact Adobe customer care and check with them, what can be done for you. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

As @Abambo suggested, you must contact Adobe directly. We here in the Forum are other Adobe customers and do not have the ability to assist you with cancellation or a refund. It's best to read all of the T&C's when signing up for a recurring subscription. Adobe's terms are quite clearly spelled out and are not designed to "fool" you into signing up for something accidentally. If you choose the annual plan with low monthly payments, you're on the hook for the rest of the cost for the annual plan if you terminate early.

How do Adobe Stock subscriptions work?

Subscriptions give you the best deal on the price of our standard assets, which include royalty-free, high-resolution photos, vectors, illustrations, templates, 3D and audio.

Most subscriptions also include HD videos and a 20% discount on purchases of 4K video, extended licenses, editorial and Premium.

Subscriptions are monthly or annual, with annual commitment plans providing higher discounts per asset.

I havent even used anything since the trial so it does not matter that I have a good rat, it means nothing if I have not used it.

You have done the same to me and I had cancelled during the trial and now you want me to pay for MORE when I HAVE NEVER authorized this plan!  the fact we can not get a hold of anyone at your office other than through forums is absolutely unaccepable.  I am thinking this box you are referring to is automatically ticked and we have to notice it.  BUT I DID Cancel my plan.  I am sooo angry with this horrible support.

If my charges are NOT reversed I will be reporting you and my credit card company will be duly be informed of your practices.
