I have bought the monthly all apps inclusive plan, but seems to me like i still need to buy a plan for adobe stock separately?

Yes, Adobe Stock is a separate subscription. Here are the plans: https://stock.adobe.com/plans

If you have not subscribed to Adobe Stock before, you can get a free trial for 10 images within one month. Be sure to cancel if you don't want it to roll into a paid plan.

In addition to the subscription info indicated by @jane-e  there is an Adobe Stock Free Collection that contains more than a million assets. You may find what you're looking for there.
