Adobe Stock - 40 resource

As Adobe administrator, I assign an Adobe stock 40 resource license, to one of my Team users .

He receive the activation e-mail, but when he log into the Stock page, on the profile pane, he doesn't see the 40 resource .

Anyone can help me ?

I also open a ticket but actually I receive no answer or contact.
