Hello, I got the following message on one of my devices when I entered Adobe stock:

Access Denied

You are not authorised to view this page.

HTTP ERROR 403

How do I fix this? The website works on my other devices, but I want it to work on this one as well. I can still enter contributor.stock.adobe.com. Please help.

Correct answer Abambo

Nope

There need to be an issue with the phone. Obviously, using the same network, you can check the assets with a different device.

What about this: https://stock.adobe.com/search?k=fire&search_type=recentsearch?

And this: https://stock.adobe.com/search?asset_id=740116535?

Both are simple links to assets.

This is a link for Canada: https://stock.adobe.com/ca/search?k=fire&search_type=recentsearch?

https://stock.adobe.com/ca/search?asset_id=740116535?

(The 2 first links are generic, should modify themselves to your region, except if you are in the USA. The two other links should show the same from Canada as a region.)

The issue has got nothing to do with the account, as I encountered the issue even before I created my adobe account.

By @Alexw07

Is this in relation with accessing some data on your contributor account?

No, I just meant that that website works, but not stock.adobe.com itself.

@Alexw07 Sorry you are experiencing this. What locale does the account belong to? You might have logged a locale which is different from your account assignment. To switch locale, navigate to the bottom of the website, click "Change Region", choose the region your account belongs to...
If problem still exist, contact customer support or message me the acccount with issue?

Thanks,

EB

What website (URL) do you want to access?

Go to the root, like https://stock.adobe.com, then change the region.

Have you tried clearing your cache or using a different browser to see it works and the other doesn't?
