I accidentally clicked on "download" on a premium image while inspecting my search results. Can someone help me refund this? I have already deleted the file, and it has not and will not be used in any project. I reached out to support but they could only offer 5 credits, and i was deducted 60x credits for an image i will never use. Thank you!!
You should be more careful about what you license.

Reach out to Adobe Customer Support & appeal to them for a refund. If you state a compelling case for it, they might credit your account.
