Hello

I have an Adobe CC account under my email name [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers].  

However, a couple of months ago I started a free trial for Adobe Stock under my other email name [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]. I would like to cancel my Adobe Stock account under [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] but cannot find any record of this account with Adobe, even though I am still being charged the monthly bill. How do I cancel?

I would recommend to contact customer care for this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
