Adobe stock account showing 'no plan'

There has been a problem with Stock Adobe for two months.
Even though I purchased a monthly plan of 10 downloads, I can't download photos and songs. The plan in the administrative tabs is visible, but not on stock adobe. Please fix this error that is on the Stock Adobe website.
