Adobe stock account showing 'no plan'

I use an adobe stock account provided by my employer. On Wednesday was working perfectly, but since yesterday on available quota it states 'no plan'. The account is paid for via StockCat and they say it is all paid up so should be functioning correctly. Other members of our team who access the same stock account are having the same issue.

Any help would be appreciated 🙂

I contacted them via email but no one replied. The issue seems to have corrected itself today.

You should contact Adobe directly, since Adobe employees don't regularly hang out in this forum.
