Can i get my money back when i cancel Adobe Stock subscription if i havent used the programs?

No. The subscription model isn't based on the amount of usage, but rather the fact that the products are made available for your usage during the time of your subscription. Would you expect your cable company to refund you the subscription cost because you hadn't been watching a lot of tv? Or the gym to refund your subscription because you stopped going?
