Adobe Stock cancel subscription

Hi,

I want to cancel my subscription on Adobe Stock, but when I get into Manage Plan de "cancel" option doesn't appear. Any help so I an cancel the plan before re-biiling?

    Sorry to hear that you are facing troubles while cancelling your Stock subscription.

    I did go through your account details and noticed that your subscription has been suspended due to payment issues and that is the reason you are unable to get your 'cancel option'.
