Adobe stock contributor account has been deactivated

I have contacted them many times to contact them but they are not telling me what to do. I understand that there is a problem with my account but they are not helping me.

You only just received the email on January 21st, so contacting the support team "many times" in less than a week is further clogging the support queue. If you have already used the "Contact Us" link to reach out to them, wait for a reply. Don't badger them multiple times for a response. It takes time for them to review your account and report results.
