Hello, I have a problem and haven't received a response from Adobe representatives. If you have any information, I would really appreciate your help as I don't understand the issue at all.
I purchased a 10-credit package from Adobe Stock, and my credits reached 120. Now I want to download an image. It won't let me download the image with a 21-credit extended license and keeps giving me an error. I contacted several Adobe representatives, and they finally told me I need to switch to a monthly 25-credit package to download the image I want. Isn't there something wrong here? The credit amount is listed under the image. How can I not download the image even though I have that many credits, and now they're asking me to pay more?

Honestly, I don't use the Stock very often. Am I doing something wrong, or am I misunderstanding something?

Hi @merve36710694ufcb - This is expected. As your account is created from one of our global safe collection countries , there are certain restrictions in place for certain assets being available to those geos . That is the reason why when you try to license those asstes you get the message that says asset cannot be downloaded. Please try to go the regional stock site and try licensing assets and you should be able to license without this issue. Thank you!!

Needless to say that the answer from the representatives is wrong. They should have known better.
