Adobe Stock Credits being accessed by others in the company with no Adobe Stock subscription

Question

HiI discovered this week that two other departments within our company have been using our stock credits. I only noticed because on Monday one department used up 10 credits- a month's supply in one day.  I checked the license history and see that starting this summer (about 4 months into our subscription) people from 2 other departments started accessing our credits.  I can also see anyone from the company who has downloaded free assets and free with Adobe Express assets on the report. Our admin confirmed that only my co-worker and myself have the Stock subscription (and we share it - 20 credits per month).   I am not the plan administrator so I can't reach out to Adobe directly - just reaching out here to see if anyone knows how we can silo our subscription so that only the two of us have access to our credits.  If it was one or two here or there it wouldn't matter but a month's supply in one day  with our department footing the bill is too much.

Thank you for reporting this to us. For teams subscription, whether assigned to the product or not, everyone in the team will have access to the stock credits and licensed assets.
There seem be some confusion on our helpx pages. I am contacting the team to get it corrected. Thanks again for reporting this.

First, you should know your plan administrator (or the plan administrators, as there can be more than one) in case you need to contact Adobe support. The way it is set up, it is thought for the admins to do the first level support, and only if they can't get the solution, contact Adobe support. That's normally faster and less stressing for all. I'm (still) contract owner in my company, but I have set up a network of admins to assist users for any kind of trouble.

Second, I understand your astonishment on this. You will need to educate users to make sure that the ones licensing assets should know the consequences. A Teams subscription is meant to be for a rather small and cosy group of users, so it should be possible to reach out to those individuals and their departments and set the conditions for using stock.

Enterprise accounts allow for more granular assignments if I'm correctly informed.
