Adobe Stock credits disappeared

Hi,

I subscribed on 22/12/2017, so I got 10 free images. Then, I subscribred for a monthly plan for $29/month. So I got 10 other images. Finally, I stopped the subscription. But I have downloaded only 12 images and I have no longer credit...
Can you help me please? I got the confirmation email the day the subscription ended... So I haven't had the time to download 20 images.

Sorry to hear that.

I just checked your account details and noticed that you had Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan purchased on 22nd December 2017 which has been cancelled.

I would like to inform you that according to the Stock terms, you can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.
