Adobe Stock Credits Disappeared

Good Afternoon,

All of my Stock credits have disappeared. My membership is still active but the subscription had expired. I am part of an Adobe Team membership for my work. We had around 40 photo credits that we were about to use on a project, when they disappeared. Is there any way to get these back since we paid for them?
