Adobe Stock credits haven't renewed

Question

I recently upgraded my Adobe Stock credits on my account. Selected the subscription change, paid it and the money came out my account, yet the additional credits for that month have never been added to my account, despite paying for them.

I have logged out and logged back in, still nothing, yet my account plan for Adobe Stock states that I should get 40 assets a month.

Any help?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
