Adobe Stock downloading but not opening

I wanted to use a stock layout, but whenever I try to open it it just says "saved". FILE #: 200431001

It is a template file for photoshop, have you tried to open the file from either explorer and finder using photoshop?  since it is a big file, it may take a while but it opens up from my end.

You can download the file from your license history option which you can find under your name on the top right of the page.

Is it giving you some error when you try to download the file?

Have you tried over a different browser or a different network connection?

Yes I have. It doesn't open. Are you using a certain file opener?
