I have an Enterprise account with Adobe. When I go to Adobe Stock, it says I can try 10 images for free. However, when I go to download an image to My Library, the wheel just spins and says "Please wait" indefinitely. Do I not actually get to try it for free if I have an enterprise account?

I'm not sure where you are seeing the offer for free images but you are correct that as an enterprise user you aren't eligible. My guess is you are seeing this on the Stock tab of the Creative Cloud desktop app, is that right?
