I would like to know if the 10 images I download in the free trial of Adobe Stock can be used in commercial projects?

Yes, images downloaded during the Adobe Stock Free Trial period can be used commercially, as long as you comply with the Adobe Stock License Agreement.

Hi everyone, I need some help with an issue I ran into.

I have a corporate Adobe account, but it doesn’t include access to Adobe Stock. I saw a promotion offering 3 free video downloads, so I entered my personal credit card details just to activate the free trial period.

However, when I tried to download one of the videos that was supposed to be free, I was unexpectedly charged R$ 380 on my credit card.

This wasn’t supposed to happen, and I’d really appreciate it if someone from the community or support team could guide me on how to fix this and request a refund.

Thanks in advance!

There's no need to post the same question mutiple times. See my response on your other post.

@Jill_C is right. No problem with that. There is no difference concerning the assets you licence during your free trial or the assets you licence with any of the plans or with credit packs (except the high volume plans offered to big companies). You can even continue using the assets (in accordance with the asset's licence) after the trial ends. Don't forget to cancel the subscription if you do not want to continue the service.

Beware! If you fail to cancel 14 days after you sign up, you will be charge 50% of the full annual subscription in a single payment. For NOTHING!!! Read your contract--I didn't, and I paid over $100 for a single image.

If you sign up for the free trial, you have 30 days to cancel, before you get first charged. If you let laps those 30 days, you'll get charged your first month, and you still have 14 days to cancel and get a refund.

If you do not cancel after those 14 days, you'll have entered effectively into a one-year contract. Cancelling this one early will cost you indeed half of the remaining due. It's all in the terms and conditions that you get sent when you take your plan.

If my calculations are right, that allows you a whole 44 days to cancel your plan.

And yes, you should always read the contracts.

The trial version cannot be used commercially.

3.8 NFR Version

You must not use any materials you produce with the NFR Version for any commercial purposes

The OP is asking specifically about Adobe Stock Free Trial subscription, which is not a software product; thus the terms you linked above do not apply. The assets downloaded during the Adobe Stock free trial subscription CAN be used in commercial projects.
