Adobe Stock Free Trial charged

I wouldn't have signed up for a free trial if you didn't promote it and allowed me to do so. but behind the scene, I have been charged $39.59 for the first month of the yearly plan. Now I tried to unsubscribe before the completion of the trial period, and if I go ahead, I'll be charged $217.75 for early cancellation.

I'm a subscriber for Adobe suite and I need a fair resolution for this.
