adobe stock ill gotten gain payment

I have definitely made a stock membership without my knowledge and when I want to cancel, they charge a much higher fee. I have been an adobe user for many years, if we are going to experience such situations, let's not use adobe, please contact me, the automatic assistant does not understand anything. If Adobe does business without asking me and then does such an ugliness to me, I will encourage my friends in the design industry who turn to non-adobe programs and I will convey the situation to other friends who use Adobe. Please refrain from making unfair profits

I won't discuss legal issues with you, and I do not know the Italian consumer protection laws, but at least in all countries where I know the rules, I do not see currently that the Adobe terms are outside of the legal frame.

You are also wrong on your second claim. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.

If in doubt, ask the forum.

This works, I have tried it multiple times.

The "much higher fee" is the early termination fee, which is half of the remaining due, because you promised to have a stock subscription for a whole year. As @Jill_C said, you can't get a subscription, without you expressly accepting the terms and conditions of this. The confirmation mail tells you exactly the kind of subscription you have taken and when what charges occur. Even after the initial 30-days free subscription, you have the possibility to cancel the first 14 days after the first charge. After that, you have an annual subscription, that you will need to cancel, if you want to avoid automatic renewal. To cancel free of charge, you need to cancel during the last month of your subscription.

When you contact Adobe customer service, the chatbot asks initial questions to direct the customer to a solution. At some point it should contact you with an agent. If not, you're giving confusing information (to the bot). To get an agent at that point, you need to type agent. I, however, never had a problem, to get connected to someone, if needed.

Adobe won't contact you! Adobe does not do support via skype. Beware of false Adobe agents.

There is a big problem right now, because my friend cannot access his adobe account, he opens this issue, complaint, thinking that his account is open on my computer at work, today I noticed this situation when I entered for a different post and I cannot delete it. How can I follow a step to remove it?

It's not clear what your problem is. Can you please restate it more clearly? Exactly what are you trying to do?

It's not possible to enroll in a subscription "without your knowledge", unless you have allowed someone else access to your Adobe account. If you chose to start a trial subscription, the terms are presented to you, and you have to press the big blue button on the screen to start the trial. If you don't cancel that subscription within that trial period, it converts to an annual plan billed monthly. If you entered into a subscription without going through the free trial period, you would have seen this screen that allow you to choose annual commitment or month-to-month. Once you start the subscription, you receive an email confirmation. So, it's really not accurate to say that you entered into a subscription without your knowledge. Adobe does NOT enroll anyone in subscriptions without their express consent.

From a legal point of view this answer is not entirely correct. First, the rules are different from state to state. In some states it is considered that a contract of this type is concluded only when the customer has used the service. It is not enough that only a probationary period has taken place. The real problem is that it is not possible to discuss the issue with Adobe representatives because there is no direct assistance- It is not necessary to declare that the test was unsatisfactory.
