Adobe stock Image # 442759372 Refund and reversal of licencing for Adobe Stock

I have accidently clicked on the license icon on the image but I was just browsing around since I have never before used Adobe stock before.  But I do have a 30 day free trial, so why did it immediately make me purchase it?  How can it be reversed.  I do NOT want to pay monthly for something that I am not necessarily going to used (Adobe stock), that is exactly why I was just checking it out first.
