Adobe stock image has an issue I need to return it... but how?

Hi,

There is an issue with #113616505 it doesn't look like the preview at all.

How do I report it and get a credit for it?

    A replacement license has already been added to your account. Please refer to the post: Adobe Stock - I request refund for my last 2 months of unwanted subscription and cancel it.
