Adobe Stock image not high enough resolution

Hi, I have bought and downloaded an image (400876347) on AdobeStock, but now I have the high res version, it is not high enough quality to use - I need it for reference for a detailed drawing, and it is just too grainy.

Thanks so much for sorting it. It's a great image and would be fine for other things, but I just need that fine detail for my drawing. Thanks again 🙂
