Adobe Stock Image Refund

I downloaded Asset #207099531  and when I open it in Illustrator, the states aren't individual shapes and I would like a refund so I can download another.

I can't see, that the description is misleading. I do not know exactly what you are trying to achieve, may be by describing your problem more in depth, you could get help on how to use this asset in Illustrator.

 

In addition, I would ask @Contributor1 to look at the asset.
