Hi! May I use Adobe Stock images for creating mockups and selling them? If yes, what kind of license do I need to purchase?

Review the requirements of the various Licenses on this page to determine which is applicable to your use of the asset:

If you sell the mockup with your part, you will either need an extended licence or it may not be possible to do, as you will not be allowed to distribute the asset electronically. The problem with these questions is, that we cannot give real precise answers, when we do not know all the facts.

Thank you! But what kind of facts do you need to know? I take object A from image A and object B from image B and put them together on my background.  That's it. I asked a lawyer and he said I should ask Adobe! Who else should I ask?

If A and B are from stock, then the resulting image is not 100% yours, regardless what licence you take. You can't sell the resulting image, but you can sell prints from the resulting image.

If your lawyer says you should ask Adobe then they are not specialized in licensing and contracting or did not want to give legal advice for free.

Adobe's advice is to read the licensing terms.

Thank you. Ok, I need the extended license.

But what if I need to create a mockup to sell e.g. with a sleeping cat on a blanket and for this I would take two images – one with a cat and another one with a blanket – then cut these objects out, paste in a new PS file, make adjustments and set up as a typical psd-mockup file. What kind of license do I need to purchase in this case? I don't understand it 😞

You can't sell the image when one of the part is from stock. You can sell a print of the image with either an extended licence (most probable) or eventuelly even a standard licence (less probable). The issue here is that we do not have all the details. Check here, especially the follow-up message: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
