Adobe Stock images license error

I realy need help about our AdobeStock licencing (750 images/month).

We have the following error message when trying to download some images and we don't understand why?

"You have reached the limit of licenses available to users. Purchase additional licenses or remove licenses assigned to other users."

We are sure that we have not reached the 750 images/month available.

How all this is counted? or how to view the download report ?

Thank you in advance if you can help.

Apologies @Charles Romain98A5, there was an issue that delayed subscription renewals for some customers. This has been resolved and you will see that your quota has updated when you log into the Adobe Stock site.

Are you sure that this message is for stock and not for your CC license pool?

I strongly suppose you have an Enterprise or Teams subscription. As we can't look into your licensing history, I strongly recommend you contact Adobe support via the admin console. You may have to contact you company CC administrator or your internal helpdesk to do so. Teams an Enterprise customers support is handled via the CC admins.
