Adobe Stock images that I never used

Hi,

We have a CC subscription and used to pay extra for Adobe Stock images but canceled it a while back. We never used the images that we payed for and supposed that they were "stacked" on our CC-account. I would like to use those now but can't access them. I hope this doesn't mean that we payed for something that was lost when we cancelled the Stock-subscription?

Kind regards

Linda Pierre

Hi Linda,

Please see the answer below,

>If I cancel my subscription, can I still use any unused licenses in my account?

No. You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.

Also, you may refer to Common Questions about plans, purchasing, and availability, Adobe Stock for more details.
