Adobe Stock is not available on your account. (School K12)

Hi,

We are a K12 school and we have susbcribed to CCE All Apps which icnludes Adobe Stock.

However when we launch Stock our employees get this:

Adobe Stock is not available on your account.

If you believe this is an error, please contact your IT administrator.
Why am I seeing this

I assume that we are restricted using this app because we are school, but why not offer a bit more control to the customer on this? The CCE licences we have are actually assigned to 600 staff and teachers...

Is there a way to enable it?

If the service is not available then it should not be listed as "Included in your Plan"

Appreciate insights as we are getting many questions from confused teachers....

Thank you @Abambo

@WendellaBee

I understand that K-12 institutions do not have access to Adobe Stock (and Behance). It is understable. Although it would have been nice to distinguish between students and staff and make it available to staff.

I double checked, indeed these 2 products are NOT listed in the online account of the user.

However they do appear in Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app, I guess this is because this is a generic app which lists all the products from Adobe, whether or not the use is entitled to it.

It would be nice to let the administrator decide what appears in ACC.

Just feedback, we will live with that and inform our users if they ask why.

Thanks!

Thanks for sharing this link. Glad Adobe has a platform to "listen to the customers".

I posted a suggestion to make ACC more dynamic and reflect only the products to which the user is entitled to.

@AlexCarrausseIFS  Please request that your administrator contact support via the support link in the Admin Console: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/

Could you please share with me a screenshot of where you see that Adobe Stock is included in your plan?

K12 schools don't have access to stock. There is no way to change that. I have, however, no idea, why that is marked “included in your plan”. Maybe the subscription type you have includes that by default.

I suppose @WendellaBee has more insight to this.
