Adobe stock issue

I keep getting this error notice and cannot license anything.

"We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service."

 

I have tried on Safari and on Google Chrome and i get the same error message.

 

I pay a lot of money monthly and i am losing my credits as not all of them are rolling over and im not able to license anything!
