Myself and my colleagues are getting the following message, has Adobe been hacked? how does this get resolved? I was on help chat this morning but it wasn't helpful at all. They suggested clearing all Cache, cookies and history and I lost all my work logins, and didn't resolve the issue.

Error 503 No healthy backends

Sorry for being late. I hope that the problem is long solved now.

That's some standard action, when you have problems. An alternative to this is to use a different browser and/or open a private session.

503, however, is most probably trouble on the server's site. But I would not assume that it has been hacked. It simply can't serve the request at that moment. If something like this happens, you need to check the Adobe's backend sites statuses:

https://status.adobe.com/#

And yes, help was not really helpful here.
