Adobe Stock License for Billboard

I am designing a digital and print billboard for a client and have chosen an Adobe stock image from my subscription. I have used a similar image for brochures and want to keep the design on-brand. Is an extended license needed for this type of advertising? I searched the discussions and the responses are unclear. This is for a non-profit education center. Thank you

Same customer and a print runt below 500k: A standard licence will do. And you do not need to relicense. With a different customer, you will need to relicense, but still, a standard licence will do for your application. Do you get the pattern?

As a side note: if you sell posters of your advert (with an advert, this would be quite silly), you will need an extended licence as you are doing merchandising.

And incidentally: there is no difference between for profit and non-profit applications.

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).
