Adobe Stock License History transfer to another VIP

Hello,

Due to a manager account issue on renewal license, I had to switch to another contract but I'm losing all my license history on adobe stock.

License that I paid.... I transfered the cloud assets to the new and how you can see in the attachment there's the license.... But if I try to download again that image ID from Stock I can't....

In the attachment you can see my previous VIP details

It's not accetable to lose this amount of stock that I already paid!

Best

Francesco

Hey francescoroto!

The licenses are linked to the account for legal reasons. This means that you can use purchased images because you have already purchased the license and own the license, but downloading the old images on a new account will not work because the new account has no rights to the images.

@German_Expert,

You err in that sense that the licences belong to the entity, independent of the account that licenced the stuff. It is here a simple administrative action to be done and no legal transfer of licences.
