Adobe Stock License Terms for a specific use case

Hi,

I wanted to clarify the necessary license for a specific use case. I need a legally valid answer from an Adobe rep - not a community answer. I tried the email stkmktg@adobe.com which is referenced on the license terms page https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms for further questions to experts but I get an error message that the email address doesn’t exist.

Can anyone please give me an alternative email address which works and answers specific questions.

Best regards!

    1. Adobe doesn’t conduct business over private email which is not secure.

    2. Adobe won’t get involved in legal matters. They are not your legal advisor.

    3. All matters related to Adobe Stock licenses are described at the link below in straightforward language.

    4. If there’s something you don’t understand, consult an attorney who is experienced in digital property law to explain it to you.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Adobe Stock Help pages and click on Contact Us to open up a chat session. If you don’t get a sequel a seer from the chat bot type “agent” to be connected with a real person.

However, I’ve heard numerous times here in the Community forum, that Adobe rarely answers any question regarding license issues - they refer you back to the License Agreement.

If your question is a frequently asked one, you can contact support for an answer.

However, if your application is too specialized, you may be advised to consult with a lawyer.

It’s a quite specific question on a disputed use. So it would be good to hear Adobes take on its own terms before a lawyer takes it up from there. In my personal opinion it is clear but the other side doesn’t want to admit it is violating the terms. It would be nice from Adobe, if the published email addresses would be existing :-)
